According to the company, “Old Dominick Huling Station Bourbon is an homage to the whiskeys of 1866 Memphis, bottled at 100 proof and made from a high-rye mash bill reminiscent of the spirits offered by Domenico Canale.” Labeled as “bourbon” (vs. straight bourbon), it’s possible the company plans to blend its own aged distillate with the now sourced bourbon as time progresses. In the meantime, what’s in the beautifully designed bottle is a quality representation of 4 year old MGP whiskey.
