Daviess County Straight Bourbon whiskey is a blend of wheated and rye bourbon mashbills. This combination shows throughout the sip, with sweeter notes starting things off and eventually ending on a slightly drier note. While not overly deep, these flavors are easy to appreciate. Daviess County Straight Bourbon Whiskey is ultimately an average run-of-the-mill bourbon that is sure to please many, especially at the proof and price point.
