Q: What shipping carrier do you use?
A: At this time we are unable to offer choice of carrier, as the carrier is selected based on a number of factors and could be any carrier. Once your item is ready for shipment you will receive an email with tracking information.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because items are custom printed on demand we are unable to accept returns. However, if the item you receive is incorrect from what was ordered or defective, it will be replaced at no cost to you. Please be sure to contact us right away, as you must return the defective item within 30 days in order to receive a replacement.

Q: How long does it take to receive my item?
A: This depends on a number of factors, including the number of items in your order, your destination address, and the carrier used for delivery. With that in mind, most United States orders should be received within 1-2 weeks of the order date. International orders will take longer. You will be able to track your order once it ships.

Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Generally no, but if you’re ordering a large number of items feel free to contact us for a custom quote.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase.
