Yellowstone Limited Edition bourbons have been a hallmark of consistency. Well balanced, subtle delivery of flavors, and crowd-pleasing could describe any release to date. Despite the inclusion of 15 year old barrels, 2021’s release doesn’t introduce much oak or obvious age into the composition, instead maintaining balance throughout. And despite the finishing of the 7 year old bourbon in Amarone wine casks, there is nothing overpowering about this inclusion either.

Those looking for a more potent or robust delivery of flavors or impact of a finish will not find it here. Instead, Yellowstone Limited Edition’s flavor delivery is reminiscent of limited edition Four Roses releases, and will please those who appreciate a more subtle and well-balanced flavor profile.
