overall

Dry Fly Bourbon 101 takes an extremely unique route for their mashbill, being made with triticale grain. This grain is a hybrid of wheat and rye first bred in laboratories during the late 19th century in Scotland and Germany. The result is a bourbon that takes on the qualities of both grains with softer flavors being punched around by more dominating spicy ones.
