For those that are feeling online shopping fatigue, The Chartered Experience represents something off the beaten path just in time for the holidays. This elevated private tour will give visitors an exclusive behind-the-scenes view of not only Ingram’s barge and distillery but also a tasting of curated whiskeys, all with the grounds to themselves. The Chartered Experience is now available to book for $250 for parties of up to ten people.
“When we purchased this pristine acreage overlooking our aging operations on the Mississippi, the goal was to always turn it into the hospitality arm of The Ingram Distillery,” said Founder Hank Ingram. “After making some needed restoration to the property, we are now ready for the public to experience the magic of River Aging for themselves. Whether you’re a bourbon aficionado or simply interested in the beauty and history of Western Kentucky, our tours, just like our bourbon, are uniquely Ingram.”
Those interested in booking tours can go to The Ingram Distillery’s Visit page to learn more about the different offerings. Availability is limited, so parties are encouraged to make their booking sooner than later.
The launch of hospitality experiences continues an especially exciting year for The Ingram Distillery. It released its latest vintage of the ultra-premium O.H. Ingram Flagship Bourbon in October, and added Uncharted, a new Kentucky wheated bourbon, to its fleet in September. The Ingram Distillery also added distribution in Alaska and Texas, making its award-winning whiskies now available in eight states.

About The Ingram Distillery
The Ingram Distillery was founded in 2015, when Hank Ingram pioneered the first permanent floating rickhouses to age award-winning whiskies in Western Kentucky.
Moored on the banks of the Mississippi River in Columbus, KY, The Ingram Distillery’s barrelhouses were custom built inside former grain barges. They now house a 2-story barrel maturation operation that never leaves the water. While having a similar look to those on land, Ingram’s barrelhouses have a very different feel.
The Ingram Distillery creates the only bourbon in the world that spends its entire life on the water – years of exposure to the microclimate and humidity of the river, along with its constant motion, creates complexity through a unique interaction between whiskey and oak.
Presently available on shelves in Alaska, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin, as well as online through Ingram’s shop page.
