From local collaborations to year-long finishing projects, these special releases are perfect for both holiday gifting and  gathering. 

American Single Malt Collaboration with Rusty Gold Brewery - Available 10/24/25 - $79.99 
This unique collaboration unites two Washington County craft producers who share a deep  respect for grain, fermentation, and flavor. Distilled from Rusty Gold’s flagship Pike Street  Amber Ale, brewed specifically for Liberty Pole without hops, this American Single Malt was  aged and finished in a combination of new and used American oak barrels - developing a  beautifully layered profile of strawberry preserves, Earl Grey tea, and biscuits. It’s a whiskey  that celebrates local craftsmanship and the creative overlap between brewing and distilling. 

Triple Single Barrel Release - Wednesday, November 26 (Thanksgiving Eve) - $74 each 
A beloved Liberty Pole tradition returns the day before Thanksgiving, featuring three unique  single barrel whiskeys - each spending a full year in its finishing cask: 

• Mead Finished Rye - Crafted in collaboration with Apis Meadery, this Monongahela style rye spent its final year resting in a mead barrel, gaining delicate honey and floral  notes that perfectly complement its bold spice. 

Lew Bryson says:  “The whiskey was a first for me: a mead-finished rye, done in a barrel that held mead from Apis  Mead and Winery in Carnegie, PA. It was delicious! A lush finish, and a soaring mid-palate…  and if you know my writing well, I NEVER talk about the ‘mid-palate,’ but this demanded  mention. Good stuff, and bottles are coming out at the distillery on the day before  Thanksgiving.”

• Port Finished Rye - Finished for a full year in tawny port barrels, this whiskey  harmonizes rye’s intensity with lush berry sweetness and a long, elegant finish. • PX Finished Mesquite Rye - A bold and smoky expression that balances mesquite  character with the deep, raisined richness of a year-long rest in Pedro Ximénez sherry  casks. 

Each single barrel is bottled at full proof and available exclusively at the distillery while supplies  last. 

Double-Oaked Bourbon - Saturday, December 20 - $74 
‍Closing out the year is a luxurious Double Oaked Bourbon, showcasing the depth and warmth  that define Liberty Pole’s whiskey style. After its initial aging in a new charred oak barrel, this  bourbon spent an additional year in a second barrel featuring a heavy toast and medium char.  The result is an indulgent whiskey layered with rich caramel, warm vanilla, and deep toasted oak  - perfect for winter nights and holiday celebrations.
