-Cox's and Evergreen Liquors along with the Louisville Bourbon Club were told to cease and desist from further production of the bottles and that all remaining bottles as well as more than $18,000 received from bottle sales be sent to Baffert. Additional terms of the settlement included formal letters of apology from the companies be sent to Baffert along with legal fees he'd incurred, and a donation of $50,000 to go toward three thoroughbred racing charities. Now have we gone too far with the stickers?

-In terms of being a distiller, a brand, or a family of brands, what makes a good acquisition target?- Do we anticipate that this is going to be the trend? Why haven't we seen smaller brands or companies get acquired that are on the upswing?
