Starlight, Indiana — Starlight Distillery proudly announces the release of its newest Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon, a deeply personal and meticulously crafted expression curated by Dana Huber. This limited small-batch release represents seven years of dedication, learning, and thoughtful selection—culminating in a bourbon that reflects both family tradition and individual vision.

For years, Dana Huber has worked alongside her husband and sons, helping guide the growth and evolution of the distillery. While those years were grounded in shared purpose and quiet commitment to craft, this release marks a meaningful milestone: the creation of a bourbon that carries her personal signature.

“This Bottled in Bond release is the result of a long journey,” said Dana Huber. “It’s built on years of working together—understanding our mash bills, studying the influence of different barrel types and cooperages, and spending time in production as the distillate moves through our stills. I wanted to be certain that when my name was placed on this bottle, it stood for something meaningful—something I believe in completely.”

True to Starlight Distillery’s farm-to-glass philosophy, more than 85% of the grains used in this bourbon are grown on the family’s estate. This deep connection to the land underscores the distillery’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, stewardship, and quality at every step of the process.

The final composition of this Bottled in Bond bourbon was shaped during an intensive six-month selection period. Dana personally evaluated and hand-selected just ten barrels, each chosen for its unique character and contribution to the final blend. The result is a balanced, expressive small batch that showcases the precision and patience behind its creation.

Through meticulous tasting of multiple lots of barrels, Dana worked alongside the team to select ten barrels that exemplify Starlight Distillery’s quality and craftsmanship.  This Bottled in Bond Bourbon offers a balanced, fruit forward nose which leads to integrated tannins on the palette.  Vanilla and spice undertones compliment the stone fruit creating an elegant expression at 100 proof.   Enjoy this blend, neat, in your favorite cocktail or Dana’s favorite way – on the rocks.

The new Bottled in Bond Bourbon from Starlight Distillery will be available in limited quantities both on the website and at the Distillery (19816 Huber Road Borden, IN), and available at select retailers starting summer 2026.
